For Orders Shipped to the US:
For most items, full refunds will be available for up to 10 days from the day you receive your order. You must alert us to the fact that you are returning an item within the 10 days to qualify for a refund. We will issue a Return Authorization number (RA#) and shipping instructions to our Jersey City, NJ return center. Once we receive the item and review it, we will issue a refund, less shipping costs. For items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer, the manufacturer return policy may apply.
Issuance of Credit:
Your account will be credited for the full applicable amount within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise at the Chique*Life return center in Jersey City, NJ or approval from the manufacturer, as applicable.
Important Notes and Restrictions:
Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at Chique*Life.
We will be happy to replace any damaged items, assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including shipping costs.
Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional charge to you.
Your package should arrive within 3-4 days of shipping, or within 7 days if UPS Ground is used. Your tracking numbers are always emailed to you when the package ships.
If you paid for an order more than 10 days ago and haven't received it, please send an email to support@chiquelife.com and include your name, order number, and email address. A representative will email you back with information about your order.
